Terms & Conditions

-All fares exclude airport parking, tolls and appropriate congestion charges
-Our drivers reserve the right to refuse transit where it is deemed appropriate
-All credit/debit card bookings will incur a 5% charge
-All baggage remains the responsibility of the passenger
-All passengers will be met in the appropriate arrivals lounge, we will not meet in non-designated areas
-An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on the following dates: 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.
-All fares between 01.00 and 06.00 will incur a 25% surcharge
-The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers.
-Executive accounts - payment terms subject to Stansted Chauffeurs terms and conditions at all times, available upon request
